Richard J. Brentzel, age 74, of Canton passed away Saturday, February 22, 2020 at the Landing of Canton following a battle with Alzheimer's & Dementia. He was born December 14, 1945 to Raymond and Doris (Marlette) Brentzel in Canton. He was a graduate of Jackson High School and was enlisted in the Marines. He was a long-time business owner/operator of a local Nationwide Insurance Agency. Rick loved taking walks with his wife and being close to nature. He was an avid golfer, loved watching sports, and enjoyed playing poker with his friends.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Carol in 2019. He is survived by his children Michelle (Scott) Korn and Wendy (Vince) Rozek; grandchildren Taylor and Trevor Korn.
