Rex E. Duff, Jr. age 88 of Uniontown passed away Tuesday morning, March 21, 2023, in his home. He was born July 16, 1934, in Charleston, West Virginia to Rex and Katherine (Ransom) Duff. Rex graduated from Marlboro High School in 1952. He worked as a Milk Man for Superior Dairy and then for 20 years managed Hartville Farms. After retiring, he operated independent produce stands in Canton and then worked at the Walmart at the Strip. He was also a veteran of the US Army and past member of St. Jacob's Lutheran Church. Mr. Duff loved working in the yard and gardening. He had a great sense of humor, loved his family and spending time with friends.
Preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Rosemary in 2009; daughters Vicky, Lori; sisters, Carol Candle, Loretta Dinkleman; two grandchildren, Brian Bair and Andrew Duff and brother Dana Duff. He is survived by sons, David (Juanita) Duff, Jon Duff; grandchildren, Chris (Angie) Duff, Nicholas (Danielle) Bair, Michael (Brittany) Duff, Joshua Bair, Courtney Duff; three step grandchildren, Alex, Morgan, Max Nichols; 6 great grandchildren and brother Mike Duff.
Calling hours are Thursday evening 5-7:00 p.m. at Evermore Community Church 1470 Smith Kramer St NW, Hartville Funeral services will be Friday 1:00 p.m. in the Church with Pastor Ross Miller officiating. Burial will be in St. Jacob's Church Cemetery.
