Relna Allen Roud, age 98, of Canton, passed away Tuesday evening, October 21, 2008. She was born on August 30, 1910 in New Lexington, Ohio to the late Bert and Daisey Allen. Relna was preceded in death by her husband Clifford Alden Roud on March 28, 1998, a son Douglas Roud and two sisters Helen Jackson and Margaret Allen. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Allen Jeffrey and Deborah Roud of Canfield, OH, her grandson Douglas Allen Roud of Cleveland and her niece Cheryl Jackson of Massillon. Relna graduated from New Lexington High School in 1929. She was a life long member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Canton and enjoyed gardening, bridge and golf. She owned and operated Martins Stationers in Canton from 1960-1975. Previously she worked for Ohio Bell Telephone and Rice's Stationers in Canton. A memorial service will be held on Monday at 11:00 AM in St. Paul's Episcopal Church with Rev. Dr. Barbara Bond officiating.
