Rebecca Anne Maling, 25, of Canton, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on September 3, 2014. She was born on July 12, 1989 in Chester, Pennsylvania. She attended New Dominion School and graduated from Lake High School. Becca most enjoyed being with friends, working creatively on artistic projects and snuggling with her dogs Beasley and Bentley. She worked as a nanny, most recently with her beloved Jocelyn. Her fierce spirit, winsome smile and caring heart will be missed by many. Becca was preceded in death by her grandmother, Ruth P. Maling. She is survived by her parents, Glenn and Dale Maling; brother, Brad Maling; grandparents Bill and Joan Jasper and Bill and Marla Jeane Maling; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at New Baltimore Community Church, 7761 Pontius St. NE, Alliance, OH 44601, the Rev. Ronald Keene officiating. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service. Cremation has taken place and Becca's ashes will rest at the shore in Avalon, NJ, the place she loved most.
