Rebecca G. Dutka, age 88, of Hartville, received her Heavenly transfer Friday night November 30, 2007 in the comfort of her home. She was born June 23, 1919 in Old Washington, Ohio to the late Andrew and Lois (Hyde) Robinson. She graduated from Ashland College and taught school for 32 years at Portage Street Elementary in North Canton. She also owned and operated Dutka's Greenhouse in North Canton for 20 years. She was a member of Canton Grace Brethren Church where she served in the Helping Hands. She shared with her late husband, Harry an interest in antiques. Rebecca was a member of P.E.O. and of the Zoar Garden Club. Preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Harry on January 19, 2005; sister Leah Kerr and 2 brothers Tom and Jim Robinson. She is survived by her daughter Lois Janelle of South Daytona Beach, FL; son and daughter-in-law Ted and Coni Dutka of Hartville; 3 grandchildren; Chad Dutka and fiancée Jen Erb of Columbus, Adam (Erin) Dutka of Charlotte, NC, and Amanda Anderson of Hartville; great-granddaughters Emma, Logan and Kate Dutka and Makayla Anderson; sister Ruth Dunlap of Hartville; brother-in-law Walt (Reva) Dutka of Loudonville, OH; many nieces and nephews; friend and care giver Wilma Troyer of Hartville; friends and former students. Friends may call Tuesday 6-8 PM in the Arnold Funeral Home, Hartville. Funeral services will be Wednesday 11 AM in the funeral home with Rev. Joe Cosentino and Rev. John Dilling officiating.
