Reana Dayton, age 67, of Canton went home to be with the Lord on December 2, 2021, following a brief illness. She was born April 11, 1954, in Canton to the late Thomas and Helen (Chapman) Salisbury. She graduated from Canton South High School and spent time working at Prairie College School, Buckeye Sports Supply, The Hoover Company, and most recently as a private health care worker. While working at Buckeye Supply, she met the love of her life, Richard Dayton, who preceded her in death in 2013 following 38 years of marriage. Reana's greatest joy was being with her entire family.

Reana was preceded in death by her husband and infant daughter April. She is survived by her children Amy (Dan) Wilfart, Rachel (Mark) Fisher, and Richard Dayton; grandchildren Don, Macala, and Nicholas Evey and Journey, Arlen, Janeellyn, and Adiranna Fisher; great grandchildren Athenia, Iris, and soon to be born Chole; siblings Roger (Debbie) Salisbury, Keith Salisbury, and Barb Hensley.

Visitation is Tuesday, December 7, at Compassion Church from 11 AM - 12 PM and a Memorial Service will begin at the church at 12 PM.
