Raymond J. Hershberger, age 89, of Kensington, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday November 15, 2012 with his family by his side. He was born November 26, 1922 in Hartville, Ohio to the late Jacob E. and Sarah (Yoder) Hershberger. He retired from the Hartville Elevator and was a member of the Hebron Mennonite Church. He is survived by his second wife Fannie M. (Miller) Hershberger; son and daughter-in-law Leroy and Alta Hershberger of Kensington, Ohio; 5 grandchildren Virgil, Clarence, David (Melisa), Raymond (Phyllis) Hershberger, and Leora (Andrew) Slabaugh ; 15 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his first wife Susan Hershberger; daughter Leora Jean Hershberger; 7 siblings Malinda, Elmer, Emma, Martin, Joe, Ada, Maryann, and 3 infant siblings. Calling hours are Sunday 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Cornerstone Mennonite Church. Funeral services are Monday 1:00 PM in the church with Pastor Stan Neuenschwander officiating.
