Randy Dickson, age 68, of Hartville, passed away on Friday May 6, 2016 unexpectedly helping others. He was born in Barberton May 26, 1948 and graduated from Barberton High School. He served in the US Navy and he worked for 50 years for Alcon Tools. His hobbies were woodworking and entertaining his grandchildren.

Preceded in death by parents Viola Snyder and Frank Dickson; 1st wife Carol Ann (Laney); and brother Jerry Franks. He is survived by his wife Carol of 14 years; children Denise (Dale) Finch, Bradley (Theresa) Dickson, Athena (Dan) Johnson, Kristina (Doug) Aller; grandchildren Cory Finch, Ariana Wolvington- Dickson and Nikolai Black- Dickson, Eleni Johnson, Kalli and Hugh Ivari, Jacob, Matt, Dan and Jon Aller; siblings Bill, Janet, and Dave Dickson; parents-in-law Ron and Lillie Skiffington; and other family and friends.

Calling hours are Tuesday 4-7 PM at Arnold Funeral Home Hartville. Funeral services are Wednesday 1:00 PM at the funeral home with Pastor Gary Smith officiating. Final resting place is Mount Peace Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Assoc.
