Ralph Dennis Morgan, age 74, passed into the Lord's presence on June 6, 2008. He was born on December 25, 1933 in Columbus, Ohio. He was proud to be a veteran and to have served his country in the United States Navy. Dennis was retired from Key Bank and had been President of The American Institute of Banking. He fulfilled the role of Treasurer and was a long-time member of Maranatha Missionary Baptist Church of New Baltimore, Ohio. He is preceded in death by his father Patrick Frances Morgan and his mother Marie Helen Morgan. He is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Muriel Edith Morgan of North Canton and sister, Patricia Moccabee of Arab, Alabama. Dennis is survived by daughter, Dottie Morgan of Apache Junction, Arizona; grandson Matthew Sain, daughter and son-in-law Fran and Tim Landon of Brandon, Florida; grandchildren Natalie and Anthony Palazzi; great-grandson Alex Palazzi, son and daughter-in-law Denny and Gale Morgan of North Canton; grandchildren Darci Drum and Adam Morgan, son and daughter-in-law Curtis and Eve Morgan of North Canton; granddaughter Megan Erichsen, daughter and son-in-law Julie and Kenny Smith of North Canton; granddaughters Brittney and Brandi Morgan; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was a loving and caring son, brother, husband, father, and grandfather who will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved him. Friends and family will never forget his infectious laugh and the joy he found in music, fishing, and great food. Dennis' love and dedication to his family and friends was only surpassed by his faith in the Lord. In the event of his death he left this message for his family and friends, "I dearly love my wife and all my children and grandchildren and will miss them but I will be with my heavenly father and all of my loved ones and friends who have gone before me." Calling hours are Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM in the Arnold Funeral Home Hartville. Funeral services are Wednesday 1 PM in the funeral home with Pastor William Titus officiating.
