Obituary

Priscilla Jan Smith, age 65, of Canton, Sunday morning the world lost an earth angel. Priscilla went to join her father, brother; Jim and so many other family and friends who were all waiting with open arms. She was a 1964 graduate of Lincoln High School, a graduate of Kent State University with an art degree, former employee of Belmont Business Systems, a 23 year devoted employee of Aultman Physicians Answering Service. Priscilla was a member of Westbrook Park United Methodist Church and ABWA. She leaves behind her mother, Shirley Smith, best friend and sister, Melissa Price, nieces; Natalie Davis, Jessica Price, Traci Hall, and Melissa Buckhannon, nephew; Jack Cooper, great-nieces and nephews; Ciara, Essence, Jacob, Dirk, Abigail, Jason, Isabella and Austin Madison, special loving cousin; Rebecca Kline, cousins; Jeff Clifford and Shelly, her unbelievably devoted, loving and caring lifelong friend and brother to her Mike Culp also survives. The family would like to thank Jerri Cindia who was there to quietly and lovingly help her pass and to thank her Aultman Family. Priscilla was an amazing artist, sister, friend, cousin, animal lover and mother to all; she touched so many lives in her 65 years. We have lost an amazing person but gained a guardian angel. Funeral service will be 6:00 p.m. Wednesday in the Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home 710 Tuscarawas St. W. Interment will be private for the family. Friends may call on Wednesday 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Humane Society of Stark County 5100 Peach St. NE, Louisville, OH 44641 or Aultman Hospice 2821 Woodlawn Ave. NW, Canton, OH 44708.
