Philip C. Jones, age 80, of Alliance, passed away on Wednesday September 7, 2016. He was born in Akron on June 28, 1936 to the late Earl and Nola (Haught) Jones and graduated from Uniontown High School where he had played football. Favorite places were West Virginia, California and Ohio.

Preceded in death by brother Rev. Robert and sisters-in-law Corrine Jones, Delores Jones and Louise Jones; former wives Elsa and Judy and dear friend Linda. He is survived by children Christina Lind Weyer and Caroline and Brian Neal both of California and Janice Lamar Tate of Georgia; siblings E. Daniel Jones of Greentown, Janice Wiebelt of Hartville, Kenneth Jones of Florida; sister-in-law Helen Jones of Florida; grandchildren, great-grandchild, nieces and nephews.

Calling hours are 2-5 PM on Sunday September 25th at the Greentown Park Building and refreshments will be served. Final resting place is St. Jacobs Cemetery.
