Paul S. Ringler, age 83 formerly of Canton moved to Florida in 1980 and recently resided with his son in Raleigh, NC died Tuesday after an extended illness. Born in Canton to the late Albert F. and Lucy L (Boll) Ringler he retired from Diebold after 43 years of service. A Navy Veteran of WW II, Paul was of Lutheran Faith and was an avid golfer. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother: Albert F. Ringler. He is survived by his wife of 59 years: Barbara (Roshong) Ringler. Two daughters: Mrs. Martin (Cathy) Yuhaniak of Massillon, and Mrs. John (Gayle) Nash of Bolivar, OH. Son: Tom (Janet) Ringler of Raleigh. Eight grandchildren: Mark & David Yuhaniak, David, Beverly, Kevin, & Ashley Ringler, John Ryan Nash and Lisa Ramey. Five great grandchildren and a sister: Florence Lallathin of Canton. Funeral service will be Saturday 1:00 P.M. in the Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home 710 Tuscarawas St., W. with Pastor Darla Ann Kratzer officiating. Interment will be in North Lawn Cemetery.
