Paul (Toots) Regberg, age 91, of Mason, Ohio and formerly of Canton, Ohio, passed away Sunday, July 14, 2013. He was born on February 4, 1922 in Canton to the late Morris and Rose (Rigberg) Regberg. Toots was a member of Shaaray Torah and Agudas Achim Synagogues. He owned and operated The Morris Loan Office, with his wife Ethel. He served in the Army Air Corp during WW II and Korea. Toots was also a former Commander of the Canton Jewish War Veterans Post 73. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years Ethel (Adelman) Regberg; son Neil Regberg; daughters-in-law Sarah Miller and Sydel Sokuvitz; grandchildren Aaron Regberg and Rachel Regberg. He was preceded in death by a son, Marc Regberg; sisters Goldie Regberg, Selma Herman, Nettie Bluestone; brothers Nathan Regberg and Mordecai Morahg. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 17th, at 11:00 AM at Shaaray Torah Synagogue with Cantor Bruce Braun officiating. Burial will be in Canton Hebrew Cemetery.
