Paul L. Himebaugh, beloved father and grandfather, age 78, of Marlboro, passed away on Thursday, April 24th, 2025 in his home surrounded by family and friends.  He was born on January 10th, 1947 in Canton, to the late Doyle and Iona (Hostetler) Himebaugh.

In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his life companion, Rebecca Scheibelhood and his brother, Dennis Lee Himebaugh.

Paul worked for his brother in the family business, Himebaugh Drywall, Inc. for many years until he retired.

Some of Paul's favorite hobbies included hunting, fishing, playing cards and going to casinos. Paul was also very devoted to taking care of his beloved cats, Chewy and Chummy who had the best life with him.

Along with his cats, Paul leaves behind his loving daughter Pamela (Jade) George and his son Brian (Joyce) Himebaugh; sister Helen "Sue" Wise; sister-in-law Janet Himebaugh; special friend Kimberly Smith; grandchildren Jay (Jessica) George, John (Samantha) George, Jacob (Lori) George, Hannah Himebaugh, Hunter Himebaugh, Tyler Miller and Brandon (Maelynn) Himebaugh; and great-grandchildren Jaxson George, Anna George, Tanner Himebaugh, and Saige Himebaugh. As well, as MANY relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends on Friday, May 2nd from 10-11 a.m. at the Arnold Funeral Home in Hartville. A funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. and burial will take place at Mt. Peace Cemetery.
