Patricia Dotson, age 69 of Hartville passed on Saturday October 11, 2014 at Green Meadows Health and Wellness Center in Louisville. She was born in Whitleyville, Tennessee on September 8, 1945 and graduated from Lake High School. Preceded in death by her parents William and Versie and sister Helen; she is survived by cousins in TN and Indiana including Judy White of Michigan; her family of Green Meadows; her neighbors, friends and classmates from Hartville; and her guardian.
