Olga "Irene" Hicks, age 60, of Canton passed away Thursday April 19, 2007. She was born in Kaiserslautern, Germany on September 20, 1946 to the late Konrad and Anna (Hilbert) Engel. She met her husband while he was serving in the Army. Irene enjoyed bowling, bingo and her dog Wrinkles. Preceded in death by two sisters, she is survived by her husband Wilbur with whom she would have celebrated 42 years of marriage on May 21st; children, Dieter and Julie Hicks of Bolivar, Diana Clouston, Randall Hicks, Renee and David Cunningham all of Canton; the grandchildren she adored, Amber, Tyler, Andrew, Daniel, Robert, Randy, Heidi, Nathan, Joshua and Noah; and her very best friend, Joyce Carani of Waynesburg.
