Norman J. Carnes, age 80, of North Canton, passed away on Tuesday December 19, 2017. He was born in Canton on November 8, 1937 to the late Lawrence and Rose (Levin) Carnes and graduated from Timken High School and Kent State University. He had been an accountant and started his own family business, Carnes Office Supply, in 1981. He loved and adored being with family.

He is survived by his wife of 34 years Debra (Kintner); children Philip (Leslie) Carnes, Terri Carnes, Shawn Carnes, Kevin Carnes, Raquelle (Jerry) Bowers; grandchildren including Jessica, Ben (Mikki), Heather McCauley; 3 great-children; and many relatives and close friends.

Funeral services will be Thursday, Dec 21, 1:00 PM at Arnold Funeral Home Canton with Cantor Bruce Braun officiating. Interment follows for the immediate family only at North Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or Lewy Body Dementia Association.
