Noreen Hite, of Canton, passed away peacefully in her sleep in the Inn at Belden Village early Saturday morning. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Larry and Alicia (Dauphin) Rohlfing. Noreen retired from the Hoover Company after 30 years of service. She had volunteered for the Stark County Rape Crisis Center winning the Ohio Victim Services Volunteer of the year award in 1987, she also had volunteered for the Stark County Victim Witness Assistance Program. Noreen is survived by sons: Kenneth "Rick" (Lori) Barnes of CA and Scott D. Hite of NY. Grandchildren: Ryan, Patrick and Daniel Barnes and Brynn Hite also survive. Funeral service will be 7:00 p.m. Tuesday in the Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home 4817 Cleveland Ave. NW. Friends may call Tuesday 5 to 7 p.m. A private burial will be in Knollwood Cemetery in Mayfield Heights.
