Nancy J. Boylan, age 76, of Canton, passed away Thursday, October 10, 2013. Nancy was born in Ashland, Ohio to the late Frank and Lola (Bryte) Winbigler. She was a graduate of Kent State University and started a family business that her sons still operate. Nancy retired from the Stark County Family Court. She was a member of many organizations such as the Panel of American Women and the Quota International Club, but the most important project to her was the Domestic Violence Project that she started here in Stark County in the 1970's. Nancy loved her life and never wasted a minute of it. She loved her family, friends and the Cleveland Indians. Nancy is survived by a daughter, Michelle Conde of Florida. Sons: Mark (Lucreda) Boylan of Louisville, Steven and Scott Boylan both of Canton and Tom Boylan of Costa Rica. 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. A sister Ann (Nelson) Irving of Chicago also survives. A memorial Service will be held 8:00 p.m. Monday in the Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home 710 Tuscarawas St. W. Friends may call on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. Interment will be private for the family. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Nancy's name to the Domestic Violence Project P.O.
