Myron Bernard "Buddy" Art, age 86, of Canton passed away on Wednesday morning July 28, 2010 at Windsor Medical Center with his wife Charlotte by his side. He was born in Canton on February 28, 1924 to the late Jack and Fannie (Rudner) Art and graduated from Lehman High School in 1941. He served in the Army during WW II in the Infantry in the European Theatre. Upon his return to the states he married Charlotte Levin on June 30, 1946. He worked at Art's Jewelry for many years. He loved gardening and golf. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Charlotte; sons and daughters-in-law Steve and Rickey Art of NY, Brad and Gloria Art of MA, Greg and Mary Art of CO; grandchildren Seth and Emily, Dan, Alison Art, Adam and Erica, David and Katrina Art; great-grandchildren Olivia and Alex; and brother and sister-in-law Dr. James and Bunny Art of AZ. Preceded in death by a sister Rose Jean Art. Funeral services are Friday 11:00 AM in the Arnold Funeral Home Canton with Cantor Bruce Braun officiating. Final resting place is Canton Hebrew Cemetery.
