Michelle "Shelly" Foble Payne, "the best of us" left us for a better road on July 6, 2011. An AVID McKinley Bulldog Fan, she will cheer from her season seats forever. Preceded in death by her parents Bob and Chip (Aileen) Foble. Living on in her memory are her son and life Bobby Payne; her sisters Debbie Foble (Matt) Smith, Tracie Foble Gamble and Lisa Foble Snyder; her niece and nephews Tyler Gamble, Pfc. Ariel Lee Snyder, Daniel Smith, Jordan Snyder and Jamie Smith; and father of her son Boyd Payne. A dedicated 16 year employee (never missed a day) of Park Farms.
