Michael Dale Mowen, age 77, of Alliance, passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2020. Preceded in death by his wife, Donna. Michael is survived by his children, Tara (Donny) McClelland, Tina (Timothy) Conley and Todd Mound; ten grandchildren; one great grandchild and special friend, Kelly and her dog, Chase.  Services are private for the family.
