Michael "Mickey" Lovinsky, age 65, of Canton, passed away Tuesday evening. He was born July 1, 1952 in Canton to the late John and Betty Lou (Klingaman) Lovinsky and a lifelong resident of Canton. Mickey was a 1970 graduate of Glenwood High School and retired from the Timken Company as a precision tool grinder. Mickey's hobbies included golfing, drag car racing, bowling and spending time with his family and friends. In addition to his parents Mickey was preceded in death by his brother, John and sister, Gayle. He is survived by his daughters, Trisha Lovinsky and Erin M. (Derrick) Slocum. The family wishes to extend their gratefulness to all who cared for Mickey at the Aultman Compassionate Care Center. Funeral Service will be 12 noon Friday in the Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home 4817 Cleveland Ave. N.W. with Rev. Kevin Slyh officiating. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
