Michael A. Hair "Mongo" passed away February 24, 2023, at Aultman Hospital following a brief battle with cancer. He was born in Canton on August 15, 1970, and is a graduate of Canton McKinley High School. Following school, Mike began an almost 30-year career at Union Metal. He was known for his Elvis impersonations, his entertaining personality, and love of country music. Mike was his happiest when he was with his extended family and friends. He was looking forward to a more active role at the Northwest Church of Christ

Mike is preceded in death by his mother Joyce Hair; mother and father-in-law Kirk and Martha Swallie; sister-in-law Margie Goulet. He is survived by his wife of 30 years Cam Hair; brother and sister in laws Randy (Kim) Mulheim, Jay (Theresa) Swallie, Jim Goulet; cousins Mark (Tina) Stockwell, Paula (Jeff) Fritchley, and Christine Stockwell; several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

Calling hours will be Thursday, March 2nd from 4-6 PM at the Arnold & Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Friday March 3rd at 10 AM in the funeral home with Minister John Wright officiating.
