Michael Gertzman, age 62, of Canton, passed away Thursday, November 19, 2009 in his residence. Michael was born on January 8, 1947 in Canton to the late Louis and Ida (Sherman) Gertzman. He graduated from Glenwood High School, attended Pershing College in Nebraska and retired from the State of Ohio. Michael also volunteered with several nursing homes in the area. Preceded in death by a brother Stanley Gertzman. Survived by a brother and sister-in-law Donald and Norma Gertzman of Parkland, FL.; sister-in-law Jeri Gertzman of Charlotte, NC and by several nieces and nephews whom he loved very much.
