Michael John Clay, age 48, of Canton passed away unexpectedly on Thursday November 22, 2012. He was born in Canton and graduated from Marlington High School. He was an Army Veteran of Desert Storm and worked 25 years as a plumber. He was an avid poker player. Michael devoted his life to being a dad and cherished every moment with his son. Preceded in death by his father Michael P. Clay; he is survived by his 8 year old son Colin; mother Grace; sisters Wendy (Dan McCartney) Clay and Lori (William) Miller; nieces and nephews Chrissy and Stacey Horning, Bryan Clay, Tara Murdock, Allison, Ashley and Kylee Miller; longtime friend Nick Elfaye; and other relatives and friends. Calling hours are Monday 2-5 PM and services begin at 5PM at the Arnold Funeral Home Hartville with Pastor Scott Rosen officiating.
