Maude (Royer) Bohaychyk, age 105, of Hartville passed away on Thursday morning February 12, 2015. She was born on October 29, 1909 to the late Nathaniel and Laura (Laubert) Royer. A 1927 graduate of Hartville High School and graduate of Canton Actual Business College, Maude worked for numerous companies finishing her career at Hartville School Cafeteria after 23 years as the cafeteria manager. A lifetime member of Hartville United Church of Christ, she donated over 29 years of volunteer service to the church and Chapel Hill Retirement Home. She was an avid traveler, gardener and reader; immensely enjoying these pastimes along with spending time with her family. Preceded in death by her husband of 33 years, Michael in 1969; brothers Howard and Ellis. She is survived by her sons Kelvin (Sandy) Bohaychyk, Robert Bohaychyk (Kathryn Cavalier); grandchildren Michael (Shelly) Bohaychyk, Michelle (John) Muntean, Nicolle (Charles) Robinson, Erin (John) Cingel; and 6 great-grandchildren.
