Mathew A. Young, age 32, of Canton, passed away unexpectedly on November 24, 2022. He was born in Canton on, November 29, 1989, to David and Lori (Stolicny) Young and graduated from Timken High School. Matt spent time working in various local restaurants as a cook, a job he thoroughly enjoyed. One of his greatest joys was being with his 2 boys Mathew and Jacob. Matt was an avid music fan, listening to all types of music ranging from rap music and rock.

Matt is preceded in death by his brother Andrew Young and cousin Steven Young.  He is survived by his children Mathew and Jacob; grandparents Roberta Young and Mary Stolicny; parents David and Lori Young; brother Anthony (Ilene); and Jennifer Henderson.

Calling hours will be held Wednesday, November 30 from 5-7 PM at the Arnold Funeral Home at 1517 Market Ave N. The Memorial Service will begin at 7 PM with Celebrant Kevin O'Brien officiating.
