Marvin W. Schumaker, age 91, of Canton, died Thursday evening in his residence. Marvin was born in Canton to the late Charles and Flora (Gieb) Schumaker and was a life resident. He retired from the Timken Company in 1953 and Wyler Cleaners. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his loving wife Helen in 1977. Marvin was a member of Westbrook Park United Methodist Church. He is survived by his sister-in-law: Nellie Miller and her family of Canton. Funeral service will be 12 Noon Tuesday, July 29th in the Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home 710 Tuscarawas St., W. with Rev. Jonathan R. Reese officiating. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
