Marjorie Lucille Riehl, age 89, of Canton, passed away Saturday in the Laurels of Massillon. Born in Canton, she was a life resident. Marjorie was a 1939 graduate of McKinley High School and attended Kent State University where she earned a degree in education. She retired from the Stark County Board of Elections and held memberships with the Canton Republican Woman's Club and the William McKinley Republican Club, she also was a Girl Scout and Girl Scout leader. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Bancroft Johnson. Marjorie is survived by a daughter Cynthia (Thomas) Pfouts of Canton, sons; Thomas Riehl of Canton and Timothy (Linda) Riehl of Barberton. Grandchildren; Heather, Sarah, Jeremiah, Hannah, Rachel, Tim Jr. and Robert. Great-grandchildren; Alec, Elijah, Adah, Isaiah, Tyler, Ashley, Olivia, Angelina, Malori, Andrew, Heather, Julian, Laurence, Carys and Kurt. A niece Lynne Price also survives. Funeral Service will be Wednesday, 11 A.M. in the Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home 710 Tuscarawas St. W. Friends may call on Tuesday, 6 to 8 P.M. Interment in West Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Girl Scouts of America 420 Fifth Ave., New York, NY 10018-2798.
