Marilyn J. Walsh, age 87, of North Canton, passed away Thursday evening, October 26, 2017 in the Aultman Compassionate Care Center. She was born on January 19, 1930 in Lima, Ohio to the late Paul and Mary (Murphy) Buchanan. Marilyn graduated from Lima Central High School in 1948 and had worked at Montgomery Ward and in the payroll department at Republic Steel. She was very passionate about her family, volunteering at the schools and participating in their activities. She loved her loyal and faithful dog Dukie. Marilyn was deeply loved and will be missed greatly by all.

Preceded in death by her husband James B. Walsh on December 24, 2009. She is survived by daughters and son-in-law, Deb Hebel of Chicago, IL, Darci and Roger Decker of Orlando, FL; sons and daughters-in-law, James and Von Walsh of Adrian, MI, Tom and Kim Walsh of Canal Fulton, Jeff Walsh of Palm Springs, CA; 14 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren and her loyal and beloved dog, Dukie.

 Funeral services will be held Monday, October 30, 2017 at 1:00 PM at the Arnold Funeral Home in Canton. Entombment in North Lawn Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial donations may be made to Aultman Compassionate Care Center.
