Marilyn J. Fahrni, age 81, of Canton, passed away on Sunday night February 16, 2014. She was born on August 27, 1932 in Coshocton, Ohio to the late Clarence and Grace (Marshall) Norris and graduated from Roscoe High School. She worked in the bank at Coshocton, then married Karl R. Fahrni and moved to Canton. She worked at Charter One Bank in North Canton. She took great pride in working at her home and flower gardening. She is survived by her husband Karl, with whom she would have celebrate 45 years of marriage in March; son and daughter-in-law Tom and Mary Jo Fahrni and granddaughter Nicole; brother Robert Norris of Coshocton; sister-in-law Louise and Richard Brown of Coshocton; brother-in-law Wally and Carla Fahrni of Minerva; nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Mary Norris. Calling hours are Thursday 3-6 PM at Arnold Funeral Home in Hartville. Burial will be in Mount Peace Cemetery on Friday at 10:30 AM.
