Marie L. Sawyer, age 61, of East Sparta, passed away unexpectedly Friday evening, November 23, 2018. She was employed by the United States Postal Service as a mail contractor for over 20 years. Marie loved flea marketing, both buying and selling. She also enjoyed boating, fishing and shopping. Marie was preceded in death by her husband, Michael J. Sawyer; son, John Sawyer and mother, Florence Richards and an infant grandson, Jerry Ulm. She is survived by her loving children, Mike (Michelle Rhodes) Sawyer and Tina Sawyer; grandchildren, Jared Ulm and Chans Walker. Services will be private for the family in Melsheimer Cemetery, East Sparta. Please sign the guest book.
