Obituary

Margaret Ann Mulig (Reed), 90, of Canton, loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully Wednesday, December 27 at Aultman Hospital. Margaret was born August 21, 1916 in Canton to Walter and Cordelia (McCammon) Reed. During her life, Margaret worked in retail sales for Cleveland Fabrics and Giant Tiger and enjoyed sewing, crocheting, euchre parties, bowling, and running with "The Gang." Margaret was extremely feisty throughout her life, so much so that she earned the beloved nickname "Mugsy" from her father. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, George, and is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Pam and David Pustay of Canton, and two sons and daughters-in-law, Gary and Carol Osborn of Massillon and George "Skip" and Debbie Mulig of Hartville. She was one of ten children and is survived only by her sister Betty Young of Big Fork, Montana. Margaret is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Ed and Lois Gladyz of Sharon, Pennsylvania, sister-in-law Yolanda Mulig of Canton, numerous nieces and nephews, and many close friends. Friends may call Tuesday, January 2, from 4-8 PM at the Arnold Funeral Home in Canton. Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 3 at 11 AM in the funeral home with Pastor Herbert S.
