Margaret "Peg" (Gill) Kennedy, age 77, passed away surrounded by her children on September 23, 2016 in the Villages, Fla., She was born to the late Leo and Margaret (Duquette) Gill in Canton, Ohio on October 18, 1938. She grew up in North Canton, Ohio. She is a graduate of Central Catholic High School, Class of 1956.

Peg worked at the Hoover Credit Union after High School until marrying Harry. She worked as a Realtor for Pat Hall Agency and Cutler Agency. Peggy loved traveling, camping and vacationing, especially at Hilton Head with her family. She also enjoyed her numerous card clubs.

She moved to The Villages 10 years ago from North Canton. In Florida, she was a former member of The Red Hat Ladies, mahjong club, basket weaving, jewelry making and several other clubs.

Peg is survived by her daughters, Maureen (Daniel) Radalia of Louisville, Ohio, Laurie (Bill) Wood of The Villages, Florida, Kathy (Chris) Mlynek of Winette, Illinois, and son, John (Amie) Kennedy of Norcross, Georgia; grandchildren Tyler and Catelyn Radalia, Adam, Andrew and Phillip Wood, Grace, Callie and Jack Kennedy, and Lauren and Dean Mlynek; and sister Genie Frank of North Canton, Ohio and brother Arden (Donna) Gill of North Canton, Ohio. She leaves behind many nieces and nephews. Peg also leaves behind many dear friends both in Ohio and Florida including special friend of four years, Jim Swinson.

Peg was preceded in death by her parents and loving husband Harry Kennedy who she was married to for 50 years.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, October 10, 2016 at 10 am at St. Paul's Catholic Church in North Canton. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, October 9, from 2-4 pm at Arnold Funeral Home in Canton.
