Marcia Bierie, age 64, of Canton formerly of Hartville passed away September 14, 2007. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on February 25, 1943 to the late Myron and Helen (Marlow) Mote. She was raised in Canton and was a graduate of Glenwood High School. She was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church where she worked in the preschool for a couple of years. Marcia liked to write poetry and visit with her grandchildren. She is survived by her children, Ronald Freday of Canton, Jon (Rebekah) Freday of Carrollton, Chad (Tiffany) Freday of Massillon, Patti (John) Rude of Massillon, Paul (Patty Sue) Bierie of NC, Debbie (Barry) Badgett of Canton, Scott (Allyson) Bierie of TX; sister, Paula (Larry) Willrath of OK; 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild on the way. Preceded in death by husband Charles Bierie June 22, 2005. A memorial service will be held Saturday Sept. 22 at 11:30 AM in Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 7707 N.
