Marc A. Bloom, age 59 of Stow, passed away Saturday, January 30, 2016. He was born in Canton, Ohio on November 5, 1956. Marc previously lived in Texas and California before returning to Canton to help care for his late father, Gerald E. Bloom. Marc was a good hearted, thoughtful and caring man who loved his children and grandchildren and was happiest while on the golf course or when making his famous ribs.

He is survived by his wife Candy; his mother Paula S. Bloom of Canton; daughters, Courtney (Shane) Durant, Shannon (Sierra Freeman) Bloom, sons, Mitchell (Crystal) Bloom, and Jesse Bloom; 5 grandchildren; step-children, Joshua (Jennifer) Forbes, Jeremiah (Michelle) Forbes, Carrie (Terry Hogan) Forbes; 11 step-grandchildren; and brother Stephen (Linda) Bloom, and a niece and nephews of Cleveland.

A Memorial service will be held Monday, February 8, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Temple Israel, 432 30th St NW, Canton, OH 44709, Rabbi Jon Adland and Rabbi Emeritus John Spitzer officiating. In lieu of Flowers, Contributions may be made to the Jewish Family Services 432 30th St. N.W. Canton, Oh. 44709 or Temple Israel, 432 30th St. N.W. Canton, Oh. 44709.
