Lydia Miller, age 84, of Hartville passed away on Wednesday morning July 12, 2017. She was born in Hartville on February 2, 1933 to Mary Ann and Alvin J. Miller (who had Al's Ashland). Lydia was salutatorian of her high school then went to Canton College. She worked for the Hoover Company as an executive secretary.

She is survived by her brother Larry (Joan) Miller of Concord, CA and adopted friend (like a sister) Claudia Fowler; 4 nephews Larry (Teri), Steve (Jaimie), Mark (Sam), Tim (Keiko); and friends including Howard Miller and family who picked up Lydia and took her to the places she need to go.

Funeral services are Saturday July 22nd at 11:00 AM at Evermore Community Church with Pastor Ross Miller officiating. Calling hours are one hour prior to services (10-11 AM). Final resting place is the church cemetery.
