Louis G. Novy, age 54, of Canton died Tuesday in his residence. Louie was born in Columbus, OH to the late Louis and Eleanor (Moyers) Novy. A 1969 graduate of Perry High School, he spent most of his life pursuing his musical career. He is survived by a host of friends, which include his long time friend and companion Helen Demetro and his best friend Kevin Scarpino. A memorial service to celebrate Louie's life will be on Tuesday 6:30 P.M. in the Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home 710 Tuscarawas St., W. A private interment will take place. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a local treatment center of the donor's choice
