Loren W. Detweiler, age 81, of Sarasota, FL, formerly of Hartville, Ohio, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, July 4th, 2024. Loren was born on March 2, 1943, in Hartville to the late William Detweiler and Ada (Schrock) Detweiler.

Loren was preceded in death by daughter, Lisa, in January 2017; parents, William in 1972 and Ada in 2003; and brother, Bill "Billy" in 2013.

He is survived by his son, Bryan of Sarasota, FL; grandson, Derek of Tampa, FL; granddaughter, Tesla of Sarasota, FL; three brother, Bob, Wayne and Ed of Sarasota, FL; five sisters, Dorothy Miller of Sarasota, FL, Ellen Anderson of Hartville, OH, Arlene (Jake) Mast, Marie (Glenn) Miller, and Mary Louise (Walter) Raber of Sarasota, FL; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He will be missed by many.

Funeral Service will be Sunday, July 21st, 2024, at 2:00pm at Arnold Funeral Home, 504 W Maple Street, Hartville, OH. Calling hours will be one hour before the service, 1:00 to 2:00pm. Loren's final resting place will be at Oak Grove Amish Cemetery in Hartville, Ohio.
