Lois C. Sholl, age 90, of Canton, went with her Heavenly Father on Saturday December 24, 2016. She was born in Canton on December 12, 1926 to the late Edward and Myrtle (Boydelatour) Okey and graduated from McKinley High School. She retired from Hercules White Engines in 1987. She was involved with the senior program at the North Canton YMCA and also involved with the Edgewood exercise program. After retiring she enjoyed being with family and her furry friends.

She is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Cathy and Jim Althouse of Jackson Township, Tammy and Paul Volpe of Stow; grandchildren Michael Althouse, Michele (Mark) Prestier, Anthony Volpe and Matthew Volpe; great-grandchildren Chelsea and Brian Althouse, Alexis and Andrew Arthur; siblings Wilma Reese, Eleanor Knop, Edward (Evelyn) Okey, Marjorie Long, Doris (Beryl) Dagy, Arlene Hukill; and many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours are Tuesday 3-5 PM at Arnold Funeral Home Canton. Funeral services begin promptly at 5 PM with Tim Reese officiating. A graveside service will be Wednesday 9 AM at Sunset Hills Burial Park Committal Shelter. Memorials may be made to Crossroads Hospice.
