Lois Adkins Gibbs, age 79, of Canton, passed away Friday morning. Born in Newell, WV to the late Guy and Eva (DeBee) McCuen, she was retired from Fisher Foods. In addition to her parents, Lois was preceded in death by her first husband, Shirley and son, Glen Adkins. She is survived by her husband, Robert Gibbs; son, Scotty (Cindy) Adkins; daughter, Tammy (Tony) Morris; sisters, Cathy (Jeff) Flesh and Rosa Lee (Anthony) Zubay; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 13, 2016 in the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church with Rev. Diana Thompson officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service in church. A private interment will be held for the family in Union Cemetery, Louisville. In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church 4120 Cleveland Ave. N.W., Canton, Ohio 44709.
