Lois M.Choffin, age 82 of Canton passed away peacefully Friday morning in the Canton Christian Home. Born in Akron, Ohio, Lois was a graduate of Timken High School, a past employee of Mervynes Department Store in California and most recently a telephone operator at the Canton Christian Home. Preceded in death by her husband Louis in 2003 and a son Charles Michael Choffin in 1999. Lois is survived by her daughter Cathy Lynn Esparza of Canton; son Gale Choffin of San Leandro, CA, 4 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and 9 brothers and sisters. A memorial service will be Wednesday, 1 P.M. in the Canton Christian Home with Pastor Don Gainer officiating. A private entombment will be in North Lawn Mausoleum.
