Lois Bowen, age 88, of North Canton, passed away Wednesday morning, February 1, 2012 at The Inn at Belden Village. Lois was born December 24, 1923 in Randolph, Ohio to Fred and Pearl (Wilhelm) Bowers. She was a 1941 graduate of Randolph High School and was an office manager for Seaway Foods Inc. Lois was also known by her friends and family as a member of the "Bob and Lois go anywhere club". Mrs. Bowen was preceded in death by her husband Robert, a daughter, Charlotte, son, Jeff, two sisters, Vena Rothermel, Ina Bremer and two brothers, Rae and Glen Bowers. She is survived by a daughter, Cindy Bowen of North Canton; son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Moyra Bowen of Perry Township; sisters, Marcia Johnson of Lake Placid, Florida, Freda Misner of Hartville; 9 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. Following cremation, a memorial service will be Friday 1:00 p.m. at the Arnold Funeral Home in Canton with Rev. C. David Morgan officiating.
