Llewellyn E. (Lew) Morris, age 71, of North Canton went to join the Lord on the 22nd of May, 2010. Lew was born in Dover, Ohio to the late William and Ruth (Meister) Morris. Loving father, husband, grandfather and foster parent; Lew helped provide a home for over 200 children in his 18 years as a foster care giver. Lew is preceded in death by his son, Kevin. Lew is survived by his wife Bonnie (Corbett) Morris, sister and brother-in-law; Margo and William West, brother and sister-in-law; William and connie Morris, children and in-laws (Deedra and David Polk, John and Maryann Morris, Sarah and David Frank, Matthew Morris, Marie Morris, Tarah Morris, Angel Morris, Miah Morris, and Katelyn Morris) and grandchildren (Nicose Brooks, Malik Morris, Kiarra Peacock, Isaiah Polk, Mikaela Polk, Samuel Morris and Sophia Morris). Lew also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of Lew's life on Tuesday at 7pm at Liberty Baptist Church in Massillon. The family will receive friends following the service in the fellowship hall. Burial will be private.
