Dr. Leland W. Hostetler, age 86, of North Canton passed away peacefully on Monday November 2, 2009 in Aultman Hospital. He was born May 24, 1923 in Louisville, Ohio to the late David and Molly (Blankenbaker) Hostetler. Dr. Hostetler was a veteran of the Army during World War II. He was a graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic and practiced in Canton for forty-eight years including over twenty years with his son, Dr. Marc W. Hostetler. He was a member of the American Chiropractic Association and the Ohio Chiropractic Association. He was an avid golfer, and H.O. Train hobbyist. In his later years, he greatly enjoyed being a volunteer at the McKinley Presidential Library & Museum. He was a member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church. His family, friends and patients will miss him deeply. Preceded in death by his wife of 57 years Ann Marie Hostetler in 2004 and brother Harold Hostetler November 3, 1996. He is survived by children Dr. Marc (Joan) Hostetler of Bolivar, Linda Hostetler of Chattanooga, TN, Robert Hostetler of San Antonio, TX, and Susan Hostetler of Canton; grandchildren Nicole (Greg) Eckert, Jennifer (Ryan) Knapke, Christopher Hostetler, Abby Hostetler, Hannah Hostetler, Dustin (Kimberly) Hostetler, Jason (Sarah) Hostetler, Samantha Hostetler and Michael Hostetler; great-grandchildren Alex and Marcus Eckert, Austin Hostetler, Logan Hostetler; sister-in-law Thelma Hostetler of North Canton; other relatives and friends. Calling hours are Thursday 6:30- 8:30 PM at the Arnold Funeral Home, Canton. A memorial service will be held Saturday 12:00 PM (Noon) at St. Mark's Episcopal Church with Rev.
