August 13, 1926 – March 24, 2011
Lehn Locke, age 84, died suddenly at his home last Thursday. He had attended McKinley Senior High School, was an Army veteran, and worked his entire career at Ohio Bell. Lehn was a long time resident of the Lake Cable area and a charter member of the Church of the Lakes United Methodist Church. He was an avid gardener and was quite clever mechanically; he was able to fix anything around the house. Lehn was preceded in death by his wife Mary Alice (Mong) Locke in 2005, a son Roger, his parents; and numerous brothers and sisters. Lehn is survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends. A funeral service will be held on Sunday; at 1 p.m. in the Spiker-Foster-Shriver Funeral Home 4817 Cleveland Ave. N.W. with Rev. Bryan George officiating. Interment will be private in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association 3300 East Sunrise Drive, Tucson, AZ 85718.
