Lee T. Cohrac, age 97, of Canton formerly of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday February 17, 2010 under the loving care of Bethany Nursing Home. She was born in Cleveland on February 13, 1913 to the late Henry Andrew and Stephanie (Franchel) Maleski. From the early age of 17, Lee worked as a beautician and manicurist in Cleveland. Her last 15 years were spent at Hillsdale Beauty Salon in Canton. She retired at the age of 96. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Pat and Alan Katz of Canton; grandchildren Stacey Newpoff, Brad and Lisa Newpoff and great-grandchildren Makenzi and Alexa, all of Chicago; sister and brother-in-law Loretta and Plato Burda of Cleveland. To celebrate her life, a short service will be held Saturday 4:00 p.m. followed by the receiving of friends at the Arnold Funeral Home Canton.
