Lawrence "Larry" D. Reed, age 51, of Canton, passed away suddenly Tuesday March 2, 2010. He was born in Canton on March 2, 1959 and graduated from GlenOak High School. Larry was a driver for W. L. Logan Trucking Co. Prior employment includes Sugardale, Republic Steel and the Press of Ohio. He was an avid motorcycle enthusiast. Preceded in death by his father Lawrence J. Reed and sister Patricia Ann Reed; he is survived by his wife of 14 years Sharon; daughters Heather (Joe) McCoy of TX and Julie (Jim) Martin of Homeworth; the loves of his life, his grandchildren, Daniel and Gavin McCoy and Elizabeth and Elaina Martin; mother Jean Reed of Canton; sisters Peggy (Kevin) Grell of Canton, Sandi (Dave) Phillips of GA; mother-in-law Sylvia Erb of Hartville; other relatives and many good friends. Calling hours are Saturday 4-8 PM at the Arnold Funeral Home 1517 Market Ave., N in Canton. Funeral services are Sunday 2 PM at Hartville Mennonite Church 1470 Smith-Kramer Rd. with Pastor Ross Miller officiating. Calling hours are one hour prior to services Sunday in the church 1-2 PM.
