Lawrence Eugene Chapman, age 76, of Malvern and most recently residing with Michelle Tibbs in North Canton, passed away Friday, February 22, 2013. He was born on August 31, 1936 in Zanesville, Ohio to the late John Chapman and Margaret (Davis) Shepperd. He will join his wife of 52 years, Judith, who preceded him in death in 2009 and his mother Margaret Shepperd and step-father Edgar Shepperd. Larry was a Marine Corps veteran and retired from Republic Steel/LTV Steel after 43 years of service. Survived by his children, Karin Hartman, Karol Talbot, Lawrence, Patti (Brad) Belding and John; nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Friends may call Friday 6-8 PM and Saturday 9-10 AM at the Arnold Funeral Home in Canton.
